All products are handmade and prepared with care.
Ready-to-ship sets are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days. Custom creations may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.
Delivery times may be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier delays or busy seasonal periods.

Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on the website are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Full payment is required before production or shipping.
Shipping & Delivery

- customs processing
- weather conditions
- holidays
- incorrect shipping information
- unforeseen delivery disruptions
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties or local taxes required by their country.
Custom Press-On Nail Sets
Custom sets are handmade and may slightly vary from reference photos due to the artistic and handcrafted nature of the work.
Please allow approximately 1 to 4 weeks for custom orders depending on production volume and design complexity.
By purchasing a custom set, you understand that colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
Sizing Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct nail size before purchasing.
If you are unsure about your size, you may:
- order a sizing kit
- follow the nail measurement guide
- purchase a full-size set when available
By Pooky Design is not responsible for sizing errors submitted during checkout.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final.
Refunds, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- press-on nails
- custom orders
- opened products
- used products
- digital products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact:

within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and product.
Digital Products
All digital products are intended for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
Digital downloads may include:
- wallpapers
- printable content
- digital art
- templates
- creative resources
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded.
You may not redistribute, resell, modify or share digital files without written permission from By Pooky Design.
Cancellations
Order cancellations may be accepted within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started.
Once production begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Approved cancellations may be subject to processing or transaction fees depending on the payment provider.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, product designs, branding elements, photos and digital content created by By Pooky Design remain the intellectual property of By Pooky Design.
Content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
