Availability of items
All online orders are prepared by hand. All « ready to ship » nail kits are normally shipped within 48 to 72 hours.
However, delivery times may be affected by weekends, holidays or during busier periods such as the holiday season.

Prices
All prices listed on the Mr Pooky Design online boutique are listed in Canadian dollars before taxes and shipping fees.
Delivery and shipping fees will always be listed in your cart. The total purchase is payable in one payment only.
Delivery and shipping fees in Canada are automatically calculated, for any delivery outside of Canada, please contact info@mrpookydesign.com.
Any customs fees and local taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment
All orders on the Mr Pooky Design online boutique must be paid by credit card or online banking. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD as well as E-Transfer. Only gift cards from Mr Pooky Design are accepted.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees covers preparation fees and packaging plus postage.
Delivery delay
A period of 2 to 3 business days must be allowed to process orders for “ready-to-ship” or “essential” products at the store.
All other orders require a creation time which varies between 1 to 4 weeks.
Reminder to allow 1-3 business days for delivery in Quebec and 1-5 business days for delivery in Ontario.
The store cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any delivery delay resulting from a stock shortage at the distributor or attributable to the carrier (Canada Post).
Mr Pooky Design cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any delay in delivery for the holiday season starting December 15 of each year.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the work, there will be no exchange or reimbursement for press on nails.
It is YOUR responsibility to choose the correct size at the time of purchase.
If you are unsure of what size is best for you, you can either request a sizing kit to identify the best size for you, you can also take your measurements with precision with the help of the guide “how to measure your nails” or you can order a complete kit of 20 press on nails where all sizes are included.
If your package is damaged in transit, take a photo of the package, and send an explanation by email to info@mrpookydesign.com.
Cancellation
Mr Pooky Design accepts cancellations within 12 hours after purchase, however 3% of the order will be charged for reimbursement costs occurred via PayPal.
